Each villa is provided with a standard inventory of basic amenities and is generally fully stocked for a comfortable stay. However, inventory can vary between properties and stays, and individual items may occasionally be missing, damaged, out of stock, or replaced with comparable alternatives. Arizona Lakes Resort does not guarantee the presence of any specific brand, quantity, or type of supply beyond what is outlined in the confirmed amenity list for your booking.
Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Each villa has a maximum occupancy based on its sleeping capacity. Overnight guests may not exceed the stated maximum without prior written approval. Events and gatherings must be disclosed and approved in advance.
Our kitchens are equipped for kosher observance with separate meat and dairy counters, sinks, cookware, utensils, and appliances. Guests are asked to maintain separation and to follow any kosher-use guidelines provided at check-in.
Pools and outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Please supervise children at all times, respect quiet hours, and follow any posted safety instructions. Glassware and food near the pool should be kept to a minimum.
Out of respect for neighbors and the surrounding community, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and outdoor conversation at considerate levels during these times.
Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside any villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available; please dispose of waste properly.
Pets are not permitted unless a pet-friendly arrangement has been confirmed in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. A security hold may be required prior to arrival and will be released after inspection, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
Cancellation terms vary by season and length of stay. The specific cancellation and refund policy applicable to your reservation will be included in your booking confirmation.
